Key Responsibilities Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions. Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach. Introduce solutions to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs. About You Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively.
