Job title: Senior Commercial Manager Location: Central London or Leeds (2-3 days in office) Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 £6,000 car allowance Full-time, Permanent The Role As the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll: • Manage NEC3/4, JCT and bespoke contracts for multiple projects. • Oversee measurement and valuations for applications, variations, and final accounts. • Identify early warnings and compensation events, ensuring proactive management. • Provide accurate cash flow forecasts and manage invoicing processes. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project delivery. You To be successful in the role of Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll bring: • Previous experience in a Senior Commercial Manager role demonstrating essential skills. This role is also open to an experienced Commercial Manager who is passionate about career progression and wants to step into a senior level role. • Understanding of NEC/JCT/FIDIC contracts, applying this knowledge to live projects (NEC and JCT are essential) • A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or relevant HNC with experience. • Proficiency in MS Excel, including lookups and pivot tables. • Experience or a background in Utilities, Rail or Civil (Utilities is preferred).
