The tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services. In particular, by joining the VAT Tax team of our Milan office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance Specifically you will be tasked with: providing ongoing consultancy to companies on indirect tax matters; expressing opinions on the application of indirect taxes on domestic and cross-border transactions; analysing the VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions (sales of companies, mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and domestic and international corporate restructuring; analysing the tax risks by conducting internal audits and preparing operating procedures; VAT compliance. You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.
