This role focuses on helping patients regain physical function, reduce pain, and improve mobility through personalized therapy plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Create and implement individualized treatment programs Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care as needed Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercises Document treatment progress and comply with healthcare regulations Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited PT program Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in a rehab or clinical setting preferred Schedule flexibility includes Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.
