Ability to identify and articulate a variety of storylines across a range of topics. Confident working with lighting setups and assisting with location sound. Proven ability to work solo and in team settings, often on fast turnarounds. Skilled in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve a plus). Comfortable interviewing talent and directing action on set. Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities. A people-first approach, with great interpersonal skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where shoots demand.
