Customer Development Manager Lincoln Basic of £25-35k OTE of £40k Are you looking for something a little different? This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading tenant referencing and specialist lettings insurance company as a Customer Development Manager. Over the years, our client has become the go-to expert for the lettings industry due to their experienced and highly knowledgeable team that provide a service that is second to none. You’ll be responsible for managing agents in your region, representing our client as leaders in lettings, and ensuring customers feel valued through strong relationships, effective communication, and consistent service delivery. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, driving loyalty and satisfaction, and increasing sales of their key product range to deliver on targets while effectively managing the agent population. You will also lead engaging marketing campaigns to provide innovative fun ways to engage the customer, obtain feedback, incentivise their loyalty and create the personal touch. Personal specification: Proven sales experience Experience of working to targets Confident negotiator and have the ability to ‘close a deal’ ARLA/NFoPP would be advantageous Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customers needs Target oriented IT literate Collaborative worker Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Act with integrity. The company is offering a basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience and ability, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000.
