The practice has built long-standing client relationships across London and the Home Counties, combining traditional service values with a modern, pragmatic approach. The firm’s Commercial Property team advises a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious solicitor to join their established and supportive department. The Role This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, with a focus on landlord and tenant matters . You will work closely with experienced fee earners, handling your own files with supervision where needed, and gradually building autonomy as your experience develops. Key Responsibilities Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant, renewal, and assignment of leases Drafting and negotiating lease agreements, licences, and related documentation Advising on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing Supporting senior solicitors on development and investment transactions Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and Land Registry applications Managing client relationships and providing clear, practical advice Ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory procedures Requirements Qualified Solicitor (0-8 years PQE) with experience in commercial property Strong exposure to landlord and tenant matters Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills Commercial awareness and a practical, solution-driven approach Ability to manage a varied workload with attention to detail What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative team culture Direct client exposure and early responsibility Clear progression path within a growing department Hybrid or flexible working considered for the right candidate
