Graduate Power BI / Reporting Analyst Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for turning data into insight? We're looking for a Graduate Power BI / Reporting Analyst to join a major multi-sector organisation as they continue their digital transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a year's experience or a strong placement background in data, analytics, or systems - someone who wants to develop their technical and commercial skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. The Role You'll join the central IT & Finance function, working directly with senior leaders to improve how data is visualised and used across the group. You'll get to design and build dashboards in Power BI, work with SQL data sources, and support ERP systems - all while gaining experience across multiple industries (construction, manufacturing, renewables, property). What You'll Be Doing Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports. Pull and interpret data from SQL databases and internal systems. Support and troubleshoot day-to-day reporting issues. Work closely with managers and directors to provide clear, accurate insights. Suggest ways to improve data quality and streamline reporting processes. About You Some hands-on experience with Power BI (university projects, internships, or first role). Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data. Curiosity to learn SQL and explore how systems connect and share data. Strong communication skills - able to explain data clearly to non-technical users. Positive, proactive, and eager to grow your career in business intelligence. Degree or HLA in IT, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Why Apply Salary: £28,000-£32,000 bonus .
