Job Description

This role is pivotal in maintaining a strong and positive brand presence across all digital platforms, managing online reputation, and ensuring consistent engagement and communication with target audiences. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field Matric Certificate Minimum 5 years proven experience in Social-Media and/or Digital Marketing Management within a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Strong understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools, analytics, and reporting Proficiency in social media listening and insights tools Hands-on experience in: Facebook Business/Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager YouTube Studio South African Citizen Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Create, implement, and monitor content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive measurable engagement and conversions Oversee creative content, copywriting, and asset development for social channels Monitor and respond to customer queries, compliments, and complaints on social media and review platforms (Facebook, Google, HelloPeter, etc.) Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to proactively manage brand perception Identify online threats or crises and apply effective conflict resolution techniques Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and messaging Ensure compliance with company brand standards and uphold professional online communication Skills & Competencies In-depth understanding of social media trends and digital marketing analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proactive problem solver with exceptional analytical skills Ability to manage online communities with professionalism and empathy Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Positive social sentiment and brand reputation metrics Increased engagement and follower growth across all platforms Timely and professional response rate to customer interactions Achievement of paid campaign performance and ROI targets Accurate and insight-driven monthly reporting To Apply: Only candidates who meet all non-negotiable requirements will be considered.
