As a Professional Services intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in cloud computing, develop business acumen, and learn about Amazon’s culture. You will work on projects, have the opportunity to obtain the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and attend professional development events. Specializations DevOps Specialist – Building advanced computing systems that harness continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and use cloud computing to build scalable and economical systems for clients. Cloud Infrastructure Architect – Expert in cloud‑based networking and system rollouts, specializing in network performance, infrastructure provisioning, and building Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Application Developer – Specialist in designing applications that run natively in the cloud across virtualized instances, containers, or server‑less architecture. Data & Analytics – Supports services that leverage data to produce business insights, including Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI), and integrates Big Data services such as EMR, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Apache Cassandra. Security Consultant – Supports secure cloud solutions using AWS services like IAM, GuardDuty, Shield, KMS, CloudTrail, CloudHSM, and Inspector, focusing on solid security practices. Come chart your own path at AWS. Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in a university. Expected graduation in 2027. Interest and aptitude to learn about and deliver cloud‑based solutions to customers. Knowledge of one of the programming languages Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++, or the interest and technical ability to learn a programming language. Completed or waived mandatory national military service in Korea (if applicable). Legally authorized to work full‑time in Korea (visa sponsorship is not available for this role). Proficiency in both Korean and English is required. Applicants must not have restrictions on traveling abroad. Internship period: 22 June 2026 – 11 Sep 2026. The period is subject to change. Preferred Qualifications Enrolled in a degree in business or a STEM related field such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies. Knowledge of primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3. Basic experience setting up cloud environments with AWS and infrastructure‑as‑code, ops automation, and configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
