Account Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join a fast-growing youth marketing agency connecting global brands with student and Gen Z audiences. You’ll help deliver creative, high-impact campaigns across the UK and Europe — from on-campus activations and live experiences to digital engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Account Directors, manage Account Executives, and play a key part in driving client success and agency growth. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget Lead and support integrated campaigns – from planning and creative development to delivery and reporting Oversee and mentor junior team members, nurturing growth and accountability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect digital, social, and experiential touchpoints Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business pitches and proposals Present campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients Maintain accurate campaign budgets, timelines, and spend reconciliations What We’re Looking For 2 years’ experience in an agency environment (preferably experiential, events, or youth marketing) A confident communicator with client-facing experience across multiple accounts Strong understanding of Gen Z and student culture — what drives, inspires, and engages them Proven ability to manage and develop junior colleagues Experience linking digital and physical activations for integrated campaigns Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects Creative thinker with solid copywriting and presentation skills Socially savvy — up-to-date with youth trends and social media platforms Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive salary £35,000–£45,000 24 days’ annual leave bank holidays Pension & performance-based bonus scheme Vitality Health cover New-business incentive programme Team socials, summer & Christmas parties, agency away days Discounts with partner brands and local businesses
