We require an experienced Channel Account Manager to support the UK B2B Sales team based in Reading. The role will focus on recruiting Public Sector Reseller partners, with a strong emphasis on Education resellers. About the position: Channel Account Manager- Public Sector With a strong focus on developing new business opportunities: You’ll Identify and pursue System Integrators and Managed Services Providers in the UK&I education market. With an aim to expand presence with multi-academy trusts, schools, colleges, and universities. Utilising market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement strategies to secure new customer opportunities. In addition, you will also be responsible for: - Account Management & Relationship Building SMB/Enterprise Networking Solutions Education Market Focus Strategic Planning and implementation End-to-End Sales Process Management: Collaborating with wider company team Event & Trade Show Participation: Market Research & Competitive Analysis REQUIREMENTS: Channel Account Manager- Public Sector The ideal candidate will have worked in the IT channel for either a hardware Vendor or IT Distributor or Public Sector Reseller. We are looking for a strong and experienced public sector channel manager, who knows who the relevant players are within the partner landscape. You will also have a strong understanding of the Education market and public sector frameworks. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, team player and someone who thrives off of achieving sales revenue and targets. .
