With exceptionally established brands this division is a core channel to the organisation and has scope for exceptional further growth. Home-Based | Frequent Travel Required Reporting to: Managing Director UK & Ireland Are you a strategic sales leader ready to shape the future of residential channel sales across the UK & Ireland? My client are looking for a dynamic Channel Director to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. What You’ll Be Doing As Channel Director, you’ll be at the forefront of residential sales strategy—developing and executing plans that align with broader business goals. You’ll lead a team of four direct reports and 18 within their teams, driving performance, innovation, and growth. Your role will include: Owning and delivering the channel budget and Annual Operating Plan Leading customer acquisition and retention strategies Negotiating high-value contracts and building long-term partnerships Launching new products into the channel and maximising revenue opportunities Championing a high-performance culture across your team Representing the business externally in an ambassadorial capacity What We’re Looking For The business are seeking a proven second-line leader who thrives on delivering through others and has a track record of exceeding targets. Essential Experience: Graduate calibre with strong leadership credentials P&L accountability and successful delivery Experience in complex, matrixed organisations Skilled in managing both high and low performers ethically and effectively Desirable: Industry experience in construction, plumbing & heating brands, or specification-led environments Skills That Set You Apart Strategic thinker with strong market insight Influential communicator with senior-level networks Able to engage with regulatory bodies Comfortable operating across cultural and geographical boundaries Why Join?
