Senior Associate – Commercial Property Location: Oxford (with one day a week in Swindon) Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days office, 2 from home, 1 flexible) An award-winning Top 100 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team in Oxford , with flexibility to work one day a week in Swindon. The Opportunity This is a key role within a well-established Real Estate department, working closely with the Head of Department to develop the practice and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll manage a broad range of commercial property work , including: Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, surrenders) Development and portfolio management Commercial lending and refinancing The team advises a diverse client base across the charity, energy, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, and office sectors , acting for developers, pension funds, colleges, charities, and national retailers. Recent transactions have ranged from £8m to £45m , including complex refinancing, restructuring, and site acquisition projects.
