Higher Construction Apprentice Trainer – Civil Engineering Kent (travel across Kent, Sussex, Essex & London) Salary up to £48,785 £8k relocation package 40 days holiday | Mileage at £0.45/mile Ready to shape the future of Civil Engineering—without ever stepping into a classroom? We’re looking for an experienced trainer, assessor, or industry professional to join us as a Higher Construction Apprentice Trainer . In this role, you’ll work directly with apprentices (Levels 4–6) in Construction and Civil Engineering, guiding their development on-site and in real-world settings—no classroom teaching required. You’ll be the link between apprentices and employers, ensuring progress, compliance, and high standards while sharing the expertise you’ve built throughout your career. What you’ll be doing: Supporting apprentices with structured, practical guidance. Liaising with employers to ensure standards are met. Conducting progress reviews and monitoring development. Providing pastoral and safeguarding support. What we’re looking for: Ideally qualified in assessment (TAQA, A1, D32 or equivalent). Experience in training, assessing, or coordinating apprenticeships. Industry knowledge in Civil Engineering or Higher Construction. Ability to engage and inspire learners outside a classroom setting. Why join us? Competitive salary up to £48,785.
