We’re seeking a Head of Commercial to take ownership of commercial leadership across a high-profile, long-term contract. This is a strategic, visible role where you’ll be at the heart of transformation—working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver cost savings, generate revenue, and manage commercial risk. What you’ll be doing: Leading on commercial strategy and frameworks to protect and grow business interests. Driving profitability through smart contract management, cost control, and risk frameworks. Acting as the trusted voice for all commercial, legal, and procurement matters. Managing supplier performance and building strong client-side relationships. Embedding sustainable practices, supporting carbon reduction goals across the estate. Inspiring confidence with stakeholders and acting as a key partner to customer commercial teams. What we’re looking for: Graduate-calibre professional with a background in Law, Surveying, or the Built Environment (chartered status desirable). Strong commercial leadership experience, ideally within housing, facilities, or a related sector. Excellent financial and contractual acumen—confident managing complex negotiations. Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels. Flexible to travel across the South of England, with regular meetings in Birmingham.
