About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Brand & Event Marketing, the Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant will lead the creation of visually stunning and engaging designs across various platforms. Your expertise in graphic design, creativity, and attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting captivating visual assets that resonate with our audience, including emails, landing pages, advertising assets across platforms, sales enablement materials such as case studies and eBooks, amongst others. Working closely with functional teams within the Marketing organization, you will be an integral part of every stage of the design process, from conceptualization and ideation to meticulous execution and successful delivery, ensuring our visual content sets new standards for excellence. Additionally, the Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant will be responsible for curating and nurturing communities around the KBKG brand and service lines, primarily on social media platforms, blogs, and relevant forums. Acting as a ‘digital custodian’ of the brand, the Graphic Designer & Community Management Associate will foster engagement and community with relevant audiences online. The Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant will assist with various tasks in the department, including data entry, online research, and other support as needed. Responsibilities Design assets for both online and offline so that information is easy to find, read, and understand. Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Work collaboratively with members of the Marketing team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception. Translate information about our business into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful. Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. Developing and implementing community engagement strategies. Moderating discussions and content relevant to our brand across online platforms. Responding to community inquiries and feedback. Required Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interactions. Ability to create and edit marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, including emails, LPs, advertising assets, etc. Expert knowledge of Adobe CC, Canva & WordPress a MUST, including the ability to animate graphics.
