Overview We are Vermeiren Italia, a B2B key player in the market for wheelchairs, scooters, care beds, and rehabilitation equipment. As part of the international Vermeiren Group from Belgium, we have been operating since 1957 and currently employ around 1,300 people worldwide. We support dealers of orthopaedic and rehabilitation equipment. We are hiring a freelance Field Marketing Operator, available on a part-time basis, working remotely from the Lombardy region (Italy), with occasional in-person meetings for coordination with the Sales Manager and Group Marketing Manager. Role: As a Communication & Marketing Operator for Vermeiren Italy, you will play a key role in implementing our marketing strategy at a national level. You will be the local bridge between our central marketing team and the Italian sales organisation, ensuring that all communication and marketing initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with the Vermeiren Group’s brand identity. Responsibilities Implement the marketing plan for the Italian region, in line with Group objectives. Manage local social media channels, scheduling and posting content provided by the Content Manager. Lead external communication activities, including email campaigns and newsletters. Build and execute communication campaigns to support local sales activities. Report campaign results to both the Group Marketing Manager and the local Sales Manager. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to support day-to-day commercial and promotional actions. Update and maintain Italian website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current product information and campaigns. Act as a brand advocate for Vermeiren in Italy, ensuring all local marketing materials and online content remain up to date, consistent, and relevant. Profile Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing or communication, ideally in an international or industrial context. Strong writing skills in Italian, with good command of English (spoken and written). Familiarity with digital communication tools (social media, CMS, email marketing platforms). Proactive, organised, and creative, with a strong sense of teamwork and attention to detail. What We Offer Freelance collaboration on a part-time basis.
