Overview Chief Of Staff To The CEO (People) at Bending Spoons. This role supports the leadership team in decision-making and execution related to people strategy, talent management, and organizational development. The exact responsibilities depend on the priorities of the Talent, People Operations, and People Administration teams, but the work is highly hands-on and day-to-day in nature. Recent graduates and early-career professionals with outstanding credentials are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of key people projects, e.g., design and roll out a new talent review framework, coordinate an international relocation program, or manage the people-integration plan for an acquisition. Support executive decision-making by preparing structured materials on hiring funnel performance, analyzing applications data, or recommending changes to compensation policies. Represent the CEO in people forums by attending leadership calibration sessions or HR strategy reviews on the CEO’s behalf—ask probing questions, summarize outcomes, and flag decisions. Dive into operational challenges, such as refining visa/relocation processes, streamlining onboarding, or coordinating with Legal and Finance to improve employment policies.
