Junior Energy Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Energy Engineer to join our technical team and support energy analysis, design, and implementation of efficient energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in energy consumption analysis (audits, diagnostics, benchmarking) Support the design of energy efficiency and renewable energy systems Prepare technical reports and documentation for incentives (e.g. white certificates, public funding) Use energy simulation software and spreadsheets Collaborate with the team on project management and client support Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields Basic knowledge of energy systems, renewables, and relevant regulations Good command of Excel and preferably of tools such as AutoCAD, Termolog, TRNSYS, etc. Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) Team spirit, proactive attitude, and willingness to grow professionally Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience (even internship) in a similar role Knowledge of main energy incentives (e.g. Superbonus, Conto Termico, White Certificates) Workplace: Benevento J-18808-Ljbffr
