PM Engineer Jr

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support cross-functional global projects within the PMO framework. • Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and risks. • Support capacity expansion and new site projects aligned with business growth. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, quality, and productivity. • Ensure compliance with corporate, EHS, and regulatory standards. • Provide executive reporting on project status, risks, and mitigation. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success. • Promote standardization of project management practices across regions. Qualifications & Skills Recent graduate (no more than one year since completion of degree). Fluent English (written and spoken) — mandatory requirement . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Nice to Have: Experience in project management within manufacturing or operations environments. Exposure to capacity expansion, plant startups, or large-scale continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of project ROI and financial justification. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings.
