Responsibilities Real-world projects with impact: collaborate with peers and tackle challenging projects, developing cutting-edge technology solutions, learning on the job since day one. What You Need to Be Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.). Less than 18 months of professional experience. Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders for teamwork.
