Teaching Assistant-Enthusiastic

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in UB7 (West Drayton). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity starting in November , ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers who want to gain valuable classroom experience. This role requires a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude – you’ll be working closely with pupils to boost their learning, confidence, and engagement. Responsibilities Support pupils across the classroom, providing 1:1 and small group support. Bring enthusiasm and creativity to lessons, keeping pupils engaged. Work with teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions. Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to reach their potential. Assist with classroom activities, preparation, and feedback. Requirements Graduate or experienced working with children/young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, youth work etc.). Enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient – someone who can inspire and motivate pupils. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed. An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
