Graduate Cover Supervisor (Secondary Schools)

This is a fantastic opportunity to support learning, develop teaching skills, and explore a career in education. About the Role As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons to full classes during a teacher’s absence Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy Support pupils individually or in small groups through targeted intervention and revision Collaborate with teaching staff to meet pupil needs, including SEN support Provide feedback on student engagement and progress Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment We’re especially interested in graduates with backgrounds in: Maths English Science Humanities (History, Geography, RE) Languages Art & Design Psychology or Social Sciences Sport & Physical Activity Why Milk Education?
