Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting local secondary schools by delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment while teachers are absent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on school experience — ideal for anyone considering a career in teaching or education. What You’ll Be Doing: Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared work in the teacher’s absence Managing student behaviour and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment Supporting learners to stay on task and engage with lesson content Building relationships with students and staff across a variety of schools We’re Looking For: Graduates (any subject) or those with experience working with young people (e.g. sports coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth work ) Confident communicators with a proactive, professional attitude Individuals passionate about making a difference in education Reliable and flexible team players Why Join Milk Education?
