Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Support students with their learning needs Report back on student progress and behaviour What We're Looking For: A degree in education or a relevant subject (Educator level degree) Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. youth work, teaching assistant) Excellent communication and classroom management skills A confident and adaptable approach to different school environments A genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed Preferred: Additional qualifications in education or child development Why Join Us?
