This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience-ideal for aspiring teachers or anyone passionate about working with young people. About the Role: Supervising lessons in the absence of the regular teacher Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task Managing behaviour in line with school policies Supporting student engagement and maintaining a positive classroom environment Full-time role, Monday to Friday during term time The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (desirable but not essential) Be confident, adaptable, and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be organised, approachable, and calm under pressure Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Work with Tradewind?
