Cover Supervisor - Kettering Full-time | Term Time Only | Long-term Opportunity Start Date: As soon as possible Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Kettering area. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you're considering a future in teaching or seeking a rewarding position working with young people. About the Role: Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher Delivering pre-prepared work to students and ensuring a focused classroom environment Managing behaviour in line with the school's policy Supporting students in their learning and maintaining a positive atmosphere Full-time/Part-time, Monday to Friday, term-time only The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential) Be confident, adaptable, and able to manage a classroom independently Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be organised, calm under pressure, and committed to supporting student learning Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Work with Tradewind?
