We're Hiring: Client Manager | £45,000 – £55,000 | Worcestershire (Hybrid Working) Lead a team, build lasting client relationships, and deliver proactive advisory services – all with real flexibility and room to grow. Headturner Search is recruiting for an experienced Client Manager ready to step into a high-impact, people-first leadership role in a thriving accountancy practice. The Role: This isn’t just about compliance – it’s about connection. As Client Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio, deliver tailored tax and business advice, guide a high-performing team, and make a meaningful difference to owner-managed businesses. You’ll also help shape growth by identifying opportunities, improving workflows, and contributing to content and business development. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop your team with regular 1:1s, coaching, and mentoring * Build strong, trust-based client relationships * Offer practical, empathetic business and tax advice * Handle HMRC matters including investigations * Review and manage fees to reflect service delivery * Represent the firm at networking events and support business growth * Contribute to social media and client-facing content * Oversee workflow, hit KPIs, and drive practice improvements What We’re Looking For: * ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) * Solid experience in a client-facing accountancy role * Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring skills * Comfortable with business development and networking * Up-to-date technical knowledge and confidence in software like Xero, Sage, etc. Why This Role Stands Out: * £45,000 – £55,000 salary * Hybrid and flexible working * Profit-share bonuses * 25 days holiday loyalty days * Wellbeing and financial support * Modern tools, great culture, career progression Why Headturner Search?
