Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

We are a family of 5 with three lovely children and looking for help! Grade 7, 2.5 year old in preschool, and 11 month old in home daycare. They are lovely. The little ones are very busy. We have a full size standard poodle who is very loving and relaxed, but quite energetic and attention seeking during the first 10 minutes he meets new people. He does not shed, and mostly sleeps or lounges after the initial excitement of new visitors. Both little children are sleep trained and are in bed by 7:30, with the 11 month old in bed by 7pm. I pick up the boys (12 year old and 11 month old) and arrive home with them at 4pm. Our daughter goes to preschool down the street and ideally would be picked up by the person we hire to help us at 3:30. Evening routine would commence at 4 and be complete at 7:30. For now, we need full-time help for the next 3-4 weeks, 5 days a week 8 hours a day - then after that it will be a couple times a week. During the 4 hours before the kids arrive home, (between
