Bar Manager

Educational documentation: A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. Knowledge of MS Office packages. Skills & Requirements, not limited to: Relevant software knowledge necessary for scheduling and inventory, would be beneficial. Experience within sales and business administration within the Food & Bar industry. Knowledge of bar operations include inventory management, understanding of liquor laws. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation. Ordering supplies and maintaining vendor relationships. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
