Restaurant Hostess

Education and Experience: A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent Previous customer service or restaurant experience Skills and requirements include, but are not limited to: Strong communication skills both verbal and interpersonal Friendly and welcoming attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure Basic organizational skills Problem-solving abilities Ability to stand for long periods May involve some light lifting (e.g. moving chairs or menus) Responsibilities, not limited to: Greeting guests warmly and professionally Managing reservations and waitlists Escorting guests to tables Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations Answering phones and taking reservations Maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area Please note that hospitality hours apply to this role If you believe you have suitable experience and the necessary qualifications, please APPLY
