We are looking for Logistics Specialists to join our Data Center team in Berlin as part of the Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP). As a trainee, you will participate in a 3-month work and training program designed to help ensure overall availability and reliability for customers within our Berlin data centers. Upon successful completion of training, there is the opportunity to transition to full-time permanent employment. You will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You will collaborate with teams across AWS to deliver safety and security standards while providing scalable capacity at low cost. Key Responsibilities Review Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and ongoing demand Handle incoming shipments, unpack boxes, perform checks, and update material tracking databases Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts to Data Center Technicians and Engineers Keep accurate records of material movements Monitor inventory levels to maintain proper stock for build and repair activities Operate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and receive replacements Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pickups to and from various locations Maintain precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces Frequent lifting of materials and products, storing items, managing parts in shelving and pallet locations, and moving parts as required This role is full-time (40 hours/week).
