Overview Location: Florence, Firenze, Italy Category: Legal Job ID: R Posted: Jul 8th 2025 Responsibilities You will be shaping and managing our relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, industry associations, and non-governmental organizations. As Institutional Affairs Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Presidency in all strategical projects with external institutions such as High Schools, Universities, and Research Centers to develop specific paths and courses that respond to business needs with a focus on technological and sustainability topics Coordinating the BiGin project, a business familiarization course for University of Firenze students Taking active part in the DIB team in Italy, working on inclusion projects and positioning the company\'s strategy with public officials Representing the interests of the company with public institutions Managing communication with the business Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects Aligning activities with the company’s public affairs strategy Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college Several years of experience in Institutional Affairs Professional proficiency in English Working style and flexible patterns We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
