Graduate Learning Mentor Wandsworth September 2025 Start Location: Wandsworth, South West London Contract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only) Pay: £444 per week (PAYE) Interviews: ASAP Are you a graduate interested in supporting pupils as a Graduate Learning Mentor in Wandsworth this September? A secondary school in Wandsworth is recruiting a Graduate Learning Mentor to help pupils reach their potential. This Graduate Learning Mentor role is perfect for graduates who want to gain practical experience working in secondary education while developing skills in pastoral care and academic support. The Graduate Learning Mentor will support pupils in core subjects, including maths and English, run small group sessions, and provide targeted one-to-one guidance to build confidence and engagement. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will also assist teachers with lesson preparation, support pupils during transitions, and help monitor progress. This Graduate Learning Mentor role provides a hands-on understanding of how classroom support and mentoring can positively impact students learning outcomes.
