Shift Pattern Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm Night shifts: includes waking nights and sleep-in shifts Full flexibility required, including weekends What is it like to work at Coventry road? Staff work across modern, self-contained apartments, helping individuals live independently while staying connected to the local community.
