Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman who may occasionally display challenging behaviour. Shift Pattern Part-time 24-hour contract Early shifts: 8pm-3pm Late shifts: 3pm-10pm Early shifts: sleep-in shift Full flexibility to work all three shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis What You’ll Be Doing Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals Encouraging independence and community involvement Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person Working as part of a close-knit, caring team What We’re Looking For A genuine desire to help others Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and a positive attitude No formal qualifications required—just the right mindset What benefits do we offer?
