Overview Mission: Analyze user needs and system specifications to identify software requirements. Design application software focused on mission management. Responsibilities Identify software requirements for the mission planning and management application Design the mission planning and management application Analyze user needs and system specifications Define software requirements Identify solutions related to the mission application, including C2 information systems; Fire control C2 systems; Unmanned aerial systems C2; Combat management systems; Air traffic management systems Provide support to CSCI (Computer Software Configuration Item) or System Integration Manage CSCI or System Integration activities Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in software requirement analysis and application design, preferably in mission-critical or defense systems Familiarity with C2 (Command and Control) systems and related technologies Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams Experience with safety-critical or real-time systems is a plus Seniority: New Graduate Details Primary Location: IT - Varese - Cascina Costa Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working: Hybrid J-18808-Ljbffr
