Account Manager- Events And Fundraising

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with charity partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned charities, ensuring their needs and goals are met. Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of fundraising campaigns, including auctions, experiences, and merchandise sales. Gala Event Management: Coordinate with charity partners to support their gala events and other high-profile fundraising events. Assist in managing relationships with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure successful event execution. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent CharityStars and foster new relationships with potential charity partners.
