Product Marketing Assistant Make Up/ DG Beauty Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, talented – and of course beauty lover! - people to join and build together our HQ in Milan . We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant as part of our amazing team in Milan: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product innovations. · Analyze the positioning of the products for each market and establish propositions for new products; · Analyze and develop the product mix: bottle, packaging for new products and elevate the existing packaging; · Define the useful support elements to achieve successful new product launch, in connection with communication, merchandising and trade Marketing, according to the timing and the quality; · Ensure smooth communication with agencies: mock-ups and design creation · For the launch of new products, participate on ideating concepts and follow up the realization of the project in the right timing. · Support with coordination of multifunctional teams for product development process · Support marketing team in preparation of presentations, samples and other day-today operative tasks KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES · Degree in Marketing or Related Field; · Strong interest and motivation for Beauty Sector.
