Note: The following position is a full-time, on-site role in our HR team. Position We are looking for Recruiters to join our HR team to support company growth and quickly identify professionals for our projects. Responsibilities Draft job announcements via LinkedIn and third-party tools, mainly targeting civil engineers, designers and works management professionals; Screen resumes; Manage initial candidate contacts; Active candidate sourcing and initial outreach; Conduct phone and videocall interviews. The position is full-time and on-site; remote work is not offered. Qualifications Required: Experience in similar roles; strong written and verbal communication skills; focus on delivering a positive candidate experience; awareness of the company image generated by the role; Experience with LinkedIn platform and its internal operations; Ability to tailor communication to context and interlocutor; Experience in interacting with external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, consultants, or candidates); Proficiency with standard IT tools (email, spreadsheets, word processors); Awareness of inclusive and equal opportunity principles associated with the role; Advanced Italian language skills (C2). Nice-to-have (not mandatory): Knowledge of advanced communication, marketing and social media principles; Familiarity with Boolean expressions; Foreign language skills, particularly English; Previous experience as a Recruiter. Selection process If the résumé is positively evaluated, a screening call will be scheduled, followed by a potential meeting with Coordinators and/or Management, onsite or remote depending on availability.
