We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Support Workers to join our Reablement & TEC service team. This rewarding role helps people regain their independence following illness, injury, or hospital discharge. What will you be doing Providing short-term, goal focused support to individuals in their own homes to help then regain daily living skills and confidence. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-cantered reablement plans. Supporting service users to use and benefit from Technology Enabled Care solutions, such as personal alarms. Encouraging and promoting independence, wellbeing and safety at all times. Monitoring progress, reporting changes, and contributing to care planning and reviews. We are looking for a caring and empathetic nature with strong commitment to promoting independence. Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use basic technology( smartphones, care devices) or willingness to learn. Experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential- full training will be provided. A valid driving licence is required. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for adults.
