We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive therapy programs for our diverse caseload. The ability to speak another language is highly regarded. You will collaborate closely with support coordinators and families to develop individualized treatment plans and provide specialized interventions to promote functional independence and enhance overall well-being. Provide assessment and intervention to clients with communication and swallowing difficulties to help them achieve and maintain optimal independence and quality of life Train carers in communicating effectively with clients, and work with assistants and other professionals to deliver effective therapeutic outcomes to reach functional goals Develop augmentative and alternative communication systems tailored to individual clients needs Develop swallowing intervention and mealtime plans and train carers on effective mealtime management support Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
