Within the D&IS ITALY - Human Resources organization based in Bologna , as HR Business Partner Jr you will perform the following activities: Support the Business Partner community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context (Bologna, Florence, Rome, Bari) Support newcomers induction Support organization and delivery of the training plan; monitor Site training expenses; Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities Provide support on reporting and administrative tasks Monitor and update HR KPI's Dashboard Contractuals : 12 months fixed term contract Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Short previous experience in HR business partnering Able to work in an international and multicultural environment Very good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills Good communication skills Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information Fluent in English Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
