We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the DN5 area of Doncaster, and we are currently recruiting a new pool of Cover Supervisors to join our team for various day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments. Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we want to hear from you! Cover Supervisor Location: DN5, Doncaster Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term) Pay: Paid on a PAYE basis (no umbrella companies or hidden deductions) Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff across KS3 and KS4 Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Ensure all students stay on task and follow the lesson plan Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour Uphold the school’s values and policies at all times Requirements: Experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable Strong classroom or behaviour management skills Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative A passion for supporting young people’s learning A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Availability for work in the DN5 area and surrounding Doncaster schools Ideal for: Graduates looking for classroom experience before teacher training Experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants Sports coaches, youth workers, or mentors with transferable skills Retired teachers or education professionals seeking flexible work Why Join Us?
