About the job Formance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our team and support the next phase of our growth in a dynamic, high-performance environment. You’ll be at the heart of our people strategy: identifying, engaging, and recruiting high-potential talent. This is a hybrid and strategic role: you’ll take ownership of recruitment processes while also contributing to employer branding, candidate experience, and shaping our overall HR approach. As one of the first hires dedicated to People & Talent, you’ll help structure our processes, refine our messaging, and shape how candidates discover and join Formance. What you'll do: As a Talent Acquisition work-study student, you will be fully integrated into the People & Culture team. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting managers in gathering recruitment needs. Writing and publishing attractive job postings across different channels. Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.). Managing the recruitment process end-to-end (screening, early interview stages, follow-up). Contributing to the improvement of the candidate experience. Participating in cross-functional projects (onboarding, employer branding, etc.). Updating and tracking recruitment metrics (pipeline, time-to-hire, diversity) Who you are: Master’s student (HR, business school, or equivalent). Conversational level of English (90% of the people we hire are native English speakers) Strong interest in recruitment and talent development. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Organized, proactive, and a source of new ideas. Previous recruitment experience (internship, student job) is a plus but not mandatory.
