WFM Manager

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into actionable business insights? We're hiring a Workforce Manager to support our B2B sales teams . In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, design strategic dashboards, and help shape decision-making with data at its core. What you will do: Lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management processes across multiple business units. Build and optimize workforce management dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to align staffing plans with budget, service levels, and cost-control objectives. Manage workforce planning during peak seasons, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and risk mitigation. Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing best practices across WFM functions. Requirements: Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field 2 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company In-depth knowledge of analytics methods and extensive experience handling large data sets. Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ideally within a social media or digital platform environment.
