We’re looking for a driven Cybersecurity Engineer to deliver professional services, implement solutions, and support enterprise customers across a wide range of security products. What You’ll Do Deploy and support cybersecurity solutions, including implementation, upgrades, and configuration of enterprise security products. Provide professional services by managing customer projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Offer practical and effective solutions that align with customer requirements. Conduct product training for customers, partners, and internal teams. Continuously upskill and obtain relevant technical certifications. Share expertise and assist in building capabilities within support and maintenance teams. Support sales and presales efforts with technical input, product clarification, and implementation insights. What We’re Looking For Positive, professional, and proactive attitude. Strong team player who can also work independently. Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in IT, IS, or Cybersecurity. Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT or cybersecurity. (Fresh graduates may be considered for an Associate Engineer role.) Technical knowledge in: Keen interest in emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
