SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase online engagement, and drive marketing performance. This role focuses on creating high-quality digital content and coordinating promotional activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the company’s marketing objectives. Manage daily posting, engagement, and account maintenance across all social media platforms. Plan and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. Content Creation & Copywriting Create creative, engaging, and brand-consistent content (posts, videos, stories, and graphics). Write and edit captions, hashtags, and ad copy tailored to different audiences and platforms. Work closely with the design and multimedia team to produce visuals and short videos. Community Engagement & Growth Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries on social platforms. Build and maintain an active online community to enhance customer relationships and loyalty. Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to increase brand reach. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion rates). Prepare monthly reports and provide insights for future optimization. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities. Advertising & Promotion Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads). Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Coordinate online marketing events, giveaways, and seasonal promotions. J-18808-Ljbffr
