Leveraged Finance Lawyer

ElevateFlex is seeking a skilled Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join our customer, a leading bulge bracket investment bank , on a six-month secondment within its EMEA legal team . This high-impact role focuses on large-cap leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions , supporting complex deals across the Commercial and Investment Banking space. The secondment will commence in November 2025, based in London, and will require full-time, in-office attendance five days a week. Qualifications & Experience Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE Proven experience in large-cap acquisition leveraged finance Real estate finance experience is advantageous Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage high-volume transactions independently Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative Key Responsibilities Advise on the full lifecycle of leveraged finance transactions, from NDAs to commitment papers, long-form documentation, and distribution Support both syndicated and direct lending transactions Collaborate with legal teams across real estate finance, investment grade, and corporate lending Negotiate client-facing loan documentation and liaise with external counsel Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders and business teams About Elevate & ElevateFlex Elevate is a global provider of consulting, technology, and services for law departments and law firms.
